PCB retention period and cautions

1, taking into account differences in production processes and storage conditions should be opened after the PCB (recommended within 24 hours) to use, and is recommended for pre-dried before use;

2. For chemical immersion tin or immersion silver product after unpacking recommendations within 12 hours run out, it shall be repackaged.

3, such as more than an effective shelf life, can be dried after the trial: Some properties re-performance test, if necessary, after the inspection can still be used.

4, usually saved for more than 3 months prior to the placement on the machine to avoid the presence of moisture risks, need 150 degrees for 2 hours baking.

5, the storage environment:

A、Good storage conditions: refers to a temperature less than 25 degrees, relative humidity less than 65%, with temperature control, non-corrosive gases indoor environmental conditions.

B、General storage conditions: refers to a temperature no higher than 35 degrees, relative humidity less than 75%, non-corrosive gases indoor environmental conditions.

6、PCB shelf life

A、Bare copper surface oxidation or flux-coated PCB, saving three months;

B、Surface spray tin or nickel, PCB gold and other metal surface treatment, stored for 6 months；
